Shipping times vary depending on your location and the seller's location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Pakistan. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (1-3 business days).

You can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as the order hasn't been processed yet. Contact our customer support immediately with your order number and the new address.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the seller and shipping carrier to resolve the issue, including replacements or full refunds.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items like intimate apparel, perishable goods, and digital products are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, go to "My Orders" in your account, select the order, and click "Request Return". Fill in the reason for return and our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

Once your return is approved and received by the seller, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for security purposes.

Log into your account and go to "My Profile" where you can update your name, phone number, addresses, and other details. Note that your email address cannot be changed for security reasons.

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Pakistan. There's a small COD fee of Rs. 99 for orders under Rs. 1000. COD is not available for orders above Rs. 50,000 or certain categories.
